Delivery Radar ("the App", "we", "us") is a Shopify application operated by Ionut Ciobanu, trading as Cix, Liverpool, United Kingdom.

This policy explains what personal data the App processes, why, for how long, and who it is shared with.
When you install the App on your Shopify store, you are the data controller for your customers' personal data and we act as your data processor. We process personal data only to provide the App's functionality to you, and only on your instructions (which you give by installing and configuring the App).
For data about you as a merchant (your store domain, your contact details, your subscription), we act as controller.
When a fulfillment is created or updated, and once when you install the App (for orders from the previous 7 days), we receive and store:
We request the minimum Shopify permissions needed for this and we do not request access to your customer accounts database.
We send tracking numbers and carrier identifiers to our tracking provider and receive back scan events (timestamp, status, location text) and delivery status. Recipient names, addresses and emails are never sent to the tracking provider.
Store domain, installation and authentication tokens, your App settings, your plan, and monthly usage counts.
Server logs containing request paths, timestamps and error information. We exclude customer names, emails and phone numbers from application logs.

We do not use your data or your customers' data to train models, build profiles, sell to third parties, or for advertising.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with anyone else, except where required by law.
International transfers: our hosting is in the United States and our tracking provider operates outside the UK/EEA. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on the transfer mechanisms offered by those providers, including Standard Contractual Clauses / UK Addendum where applicable.
We implement Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks:
If one of your customers contacts us directly, we will refer them to you as the controller and assist you in responding.
No system is perfectly secure. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify you without undue delay and provide the information you need to meet your own notification obligations.
The App runs inside the Shopify admin and uses only the session cookies required for authentication and security. We do not use advertising, profiling or third-party analytics cookies.
You may ask us to access, correct, export or delete the data we hold about you as a merchant, or to restrict or object to its processing. Contact us at support@deliveryradar.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local supervisory authority.
We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be announced in the App or by email to the address on your Shopify account. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
