For Shopify merchants

Stop opening tracking pages one by one

Most parcels arrive fine. Delivery Radar watches all of them and surfaces only the ones that are stuck, refused, held at customs or heading back to you — with the reason and what to do next.

How it works

Three steps, then it runs itself

Install it, and Delivery Radar starts watching every shipment your store creates. No tracking pages to build, no customer-facing setup.

STEP 01

It reads every scan

For each shipment, Delivery Radar collects the carrier's scan history and watches how the parcel moves.

STEP 02

It flags the exceptions

Stalled, never scanned, refused, held at customs, returned, failed attempt — each one surfaces with a plain-English reason.

STEP 03

You act in one click

Get the recommended next step and a ready customer message to copy or send by SMS, WhatsApp or email.

What it catches

The problems that cost you money and goodwill

Each one is detected differently, and each one needs a different response. The app tells you which is which.

Label created, never scanned

The carrier issued a label but never picked the parcel up.

Recommended: check the parcel physically left your premises before chasing the carrier.

Stalled in transit

No physical scan for far longer than the route should take.

Recommended: open a carrier enquiry with the tracking number, and tell the customer before they ask.

Failed delivery attempt

The courier tried and couldn't complete the delivery.

Recommended: confirm the best delivery day with the customer, or point them to a pickup location.

Held at customs

Clearance is waiting on paperwork, duties, or a decision.

Recommended: find out what is required — often the recipient must act, and nobody has told them.

Refused by the recipient

The recipient turned the parcel away, so it is heading back to you.

Recommended: reach the customer before the parcel starts its journey back to you.

Returning to sender

The parcel is on its way back, and the customer usually has no idea.

Recommended: decide now whether to reship or refund, and say so before they chase you.

Lost or damaged

The carrier has confirmed it. This parcel is not arriving.

Recommended: start the claim and resolve it with the customer the same day.

Stuck out for delivery

Marked out for delivery, then nothing — for days.

Recommended: ask the carrier to confirm the parcel is still on a van, not sitting in a depot.

Data and security

What we hold, and for how long

Read-only, two permissions

The app requests read_orders and read_fulfillments. Nothing else, and no write access at all — it cannot change your orders, products or settings. You can verify this on the install screen.

Nothing personal leaves

Only tracking numbers and carrier codes go to our tracking provider. Names, addresses, phone numbers and emails never do.

Data is erased on a schedule

Recipient personal data is deleted 30 days after delivery. Dismissed shipments go after 60. All store data is deleted when you uninstall.

Billing stays with Shopify

Subscriptions run through Shopify Billing. We never see or store card details, and there are no charges outside your Shopify invoice.

Privacy requests are handled

Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks are implemented, so data requests and deletions are actioned automatically.

Your data is not a product

Nothing is sold, shared for advertising, or used to train models. It exists to run the app for you, and nothing else.
